Filter your Overview by campus
Multi-campus churches can filter the metrics on their Overview to one or more campuses, and Parable remembers the selection for their team.
A campus pastor needs to see their own campus without wading through everyone else’s numbers. The Overview can now be filtered to one campus or several at once.
One filter for the whole Overview
The campus filter sits in the Overview header. Choose one or more campuses and the metric cards update across the Overview, Attendance, Giving, Demographics, Groups, Flows and Custom tabs, along with many of the widgets.
Your selection is saved for your team, so it’s still there next time you come back.
Use it
- Open Overview.
- Select All Campuses in the header.
- Search for and choose the campuses you want. Clear the selection to see every campus again.
The filter appears only for churches with more than one campus in Planning Center. If your church has a single campus, you won’t see it.
When this shipped, the filter applied to the Overview only, and some widgets still showed church-wide numbers. Since then, more Overview widgets follow the filter, and campus filtering has come to custom dashboards and reports too.
Headcount metrics follow the campus of the Check-Ins event they were recorded against, so campus filters count them in the right place.
