October 18 improvements and fixes
Derived badges, group oversight for Connections, current-people reports, a faster Connections table and more accurate counts.
Alongside Connections, the Apps directory and newer Ask Parable models, the releases from October 15 to 18 added new ways to label and report on people.
Derived badges label people from their live activity. Built-in badges such as Baptized, Member and Serving are ready to use, and you can define your own under Settings, then Derived badges, including badges that expire after a set number of days.
Group oversight, under Settings, then Connections, gives a team member Connections access to a chosen set of Planning Center groups.
People reports can count current people, not filtered by date, and add People filters such as an age range.
The Connections table loads faster and shows totals and column calculations.
Connections settings save each change automatically, and keep your changes if a save fails so you can retry.
Donor names and labels match across charts, reports and Ask Parable.
Report counts of current profiles stay correct across date ranges.
Visitor counts from Planning Center Groups are kept.
Group health totals no longer count archived group memberships.
Page header buttons wrap on narrow screens instead of running off the edge, and app pages follow your light or dark theme.
