Overview cards follow your campus filter
For churches with more than one campus, the Overview campus filter now narrows care, workflow, giving, serving and engagement cards too.
A campus pastor needs to see their own campus, not the whole church. When you pick a campus on Overview, far more of the page now reflects it, including what you see when you open a card.
More cards respect the campus you choose
Before, several Overview cards showed church-wide numbers even with a campus selected. These now narrow to the campuses you pick:
- Birthdays, Expiring Checks and Missing Contact
- Overdue Workflows and Stalled Workflows
- Pledge Campaigns, Pending Responses and Overserving Alert
- Engagement Alerts, Engagement Distribution and Growing Engagement
A pledge campaign appears for a campus if that campus pledged to it or gave to it, and its received total is the campus’s own figure rather than the church-wide one. Birthdays for the week are now worked out in your church’s time zone. When you ask Parable about these numbers, it follows the same campus selection.
How to use it
- Open Overview from the sidebar.
- Select All Campuses in the header and choose one or more campuses.
- Open any card to see the people and details for those campuses.
The campus filter appears only when your church has more than one campus in Planning Center. It changes what you are viewing. It does not restrict what teammates can see.
