Filter Connections by badge
Narrow your Connections list to people who have or lack a badge, such as everyone not yet in a group, and save it as a view for your team.
Badges already label who is a member, who serves and who is in a group. Now they can shape your Connections list too.
Filter by a badge
- Open Connections and select Filter.
- Choose Badge.
- Pick Has or Lacks, then the badge.
“Lacks In a group” gives you everyone on your list who isn’t connected to a group yet. Counts and totals follow the filter. Save it as a personal or shared view so your team can come back to the same list. If a badge in a saved view is later deleted, the view tells you and offers to reset it.
Badges are set up under Settings, then Badges. Badges based on giving appear only for team members with giving access.
On a phone, Filters now opens as a grouped sheet with the active filter count, sort, and save options in one place.
