When you open someone before a call or a visit, the basics should stay in view while you read their history. The person record now keeps them beside you.

Details on the left, history on the right

A details panel holds the person’s contact details, household, campus and membership, with View all values for the rest. Their Badges, Alerts and Household members sit below. Quick actions let you add a note, log a touchpoint or create a task without leaving the page. Drag the panel’s edge to make it wider or narrower. On a phone, it stacks above the tabs.

Tabs on the right cover Overview, Activity, Engagement, Care and Groups. Each tab has its own link, so you can share or bookmark the exact view you mean.

Overview starts with what matters

Overview opens on six highlight cards: Engagement, Alerts, Last activity, Next touchpoint, Household and Primary location. Previews of recent activity, groups, notes and tasks follow.

Activity groups events by month, filters by type and lets you log an in-person visit, call, text, email or meeting. A label shows when recent activity isn’t scored yet.

Step through a list

Open someone from the People list and the header shows where you are, such as 3 of 120. Use the arrows to move to the next or previous person without going back to the list.

The Care tab and care alerts appear for team members with Connections access.
