Ministry happens in homes as much as with individuals. A family where one parent has stopped coming looks different from a single person drifting, and now you can see it that way.

One row for every household

People now has a Households view alongside All people. Each row shows the household and its members, broken down into parents and guardians, other adults and children. You can also see the household’s engagement and which member Needs attention, along with Giving YTD and the change from last year, and Last activity.

  1. In the sidebar, open Records, then Households. You can also switch from All people to Households in People.
  2. Search by household name, or filter by Campus, Engagement or Needs attention.
  3. Select Add column for more detail. The column summaries show figures such as Total members, Average giving and Healthy households.
  4. Click a household to open its panel, with members, key facts and Recent activity. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next household.

To follow up with a group of families, select households and choose Export CSV, either for the ones you selected or for all that match your filters.

Giving amounts appear only for staff who can see individual giving.
