A person profile that explains itself

Profiles lead with engagement and alerts, show when someone was last seen in each kind of activity, and reveal the records Parable merged.

Before you call someone, you want to know what changed and why they were flagged. The person profile now tells that story plainly, so a care pastor can understand someone’s season at a glance.

What’s happening, in plain terms

The At a glance card leads with the person’s engagement and any Alerts, the new name for what used to be the warning light. A new Last seen by activity list shows how recently they were part of each kind of activity, with what they’ve missed listed first.

The Engagement tab opens with the person’s engagement level instead of a raw number. Hover over it to see the points. A 13-week strip for each activity type marks the weeks they were expected but didn’t come. Next to it, a list of contributing events shows what was missed and what went well, with a short explanation of how the score works.

The Activity tab and the strip use the same record of activity as the score, so the page no longer says one thing in one place and another elsewhere.

See where a profile came from

People often appear in more than one place: an email here, a Planning Center profile there. Open the profile’s actions menu and choose View source records to see each email, phone and Planning Center identifier, how it was confirmed, whether it’s Shared with household, and any records merged into this person.

If you open someone who was merged away in Planning Center, Parable takes you to the person who was kept. Each merge also appears in the activity timeline.

Giving activity stays hidden for staff without giving access.
