May 12 improvements and fixes
A real activity timeline on each person, a clearer Metrics & Flows page, editable Planning Center apps, PDF references in the report builder, and recalibrated engagement tiers.
The May 5 and May 12 releases brought clearer settings, a fuller view of each person and steadier engagement scores.
Each person's Recent activity now shows a real timeline of what they did, newest first, with an Activity types filter for check-ins, giving, forms, groups, messages, registrations and serving.
You can change which Planning Center apps Parable syncs with Edit apps, without disconnecting and reconnecting.
The AI report builder accepts an exported report PDF as a reference, as well as an image, and builds the closest matching chart.
Metrics & Flows is a single page, with a list of metrics and flows on one side, each marked Configured, Needs setup or Not configured, and its settings on the other.
Flow steps take a clearer time rule, Time from previous step, set in days, weeks or months.
Category weights in engagement settings show a color-coded bar, and you can lock a category so the others rebalance around it and the total stays at 100%.
Engagement tier thresholds are linked so ranges can't overlap or leave gaps, and the defaults are now 40, 20, 10 and 1 for Highly Engaged, Engaged, Moderate and Low. Churches on the old defaults moved automatically; custom thresholds were left alone.
The Engagement Alerts widget shows your true red and yellow totals instead of a capped count.
Weekly digests for larger churches no longer fail to send.
Custom field dates stored in formats such as DD/MM/YYYY no longer break metrics and flows that use them.
Reordering Overview widgets by dragging no longer snaps back when you let go.
Churches whose Planning Center Giving setup is incomplete no longer see a giving sync error every day.
