See who is new this period
Reports with a comparison period now mark the people who weren't there last time, so you can welcome them and follow up.
A rising number is good news, but the people behind it matter more. When attendance or giving grows, you want to know who walked in for the first time, not only how much the total moved.
Spot the new faces
In any report that compares two periods, records for people who weren’t in the comparison period carry a New this period badge.
- Open a report that has a comparison period.
- Switch to Records.
- Turn on Only new this period to show just those people. The report tells you how many there are.
The filter carries through when you open those people on the People page and when you export to PDF, and exports include every matching page, not just the one on screen. That makes it easy to reach out to everyone who appears this quarter but didn’t last quarter.
Headline changes between the two periods are also shown with a plus or minus sign, in the same units as the headline.
