Notes and tasks on every person's record

A person's notes and follow-up tasks now each have their own tab, with counts, and the Care and Engagement tabs are easier to read.

Everything your team has written about someone, and everything still to do for them, now has a place on their record.

Notes and Tasks tabs

Open a person to find Notes and Tasks beside the other tabs, each with a count. Notes appear as cards. Select one to read it in full. Tasks are grouped into Overdue, Upcoming, No due date and Completed, with each task’s due date and assignee. Add a note or a task right from the tab. Tasks you add here also show up in Connections.

Care and Engagement, reorganized

The Care tab puts Add note, Log and End care in its header. Below, Status shows the owner, state, next step and why the person is in care, then a timeline, then context such as household, groups, serving and form responses in sections you can expand.

The Engagement tab starts with a summary of engagement, alerts and the strongest signal. A 13-week strip shows activity by type, followed by recent activity. How scoring works is tucked into a section you can open.

Smaller touches

Hover over an email or phone number to copy it. Tabs that don’t fit fold into a more menu. On a phone, the record’s fields have their own Details tab.

Notes, Tasks and Care appear for team members with Connections access to that person.
