NewPeople

A full profile page for every person

Each person in Parable now has their own profile page, bringing their warning light, engagement, activity and giving together in one view.

Before a phone call or a hospital visit, a pastor wants the whole picture of the person, not a row in a table. Every person now has a full profile page that shows how they’re doing and why.

What the profile shows

At the top, an at-a-glance panel shows the person’s Warning light, plain-language reasons in Why flagged (such as attendance dropping off or giving lapsing), their Engagement trend and their Last activity.

Below that, tabs organize the rest:

  • Overview: personal information, contact details and household.
  • Engagement: their engagement tier, how their score has trended and how each area of church life contributes to it.
  • Activity: a timeline of their recent activity.
  • Giving: their giving, shown only to team members with giving access.

How to open a profile

  1. Open People.
  2. Select a person to open their summary panel.
  3. Select View full profile.

Use Back to People to return to your list. The profile has its own link, so you can share it with a colleague who also has access.

Since this release, the profile has gained more, including a Groups tab and alerts. Selecting a row in People continues to open the summary panel first, so you can scan quickly before going deeper.
