See which volunteers showed up to serve
The Service Attendance widget compares who was scheduled, who confirmed and who checked in, so team leaders can follow volunteer reliability over time.
A volunteer who keeps confirming but stops showing up may be stretched too thin. Service Attendance helps team leaders notice that early and check in with care.
Scheduled, confirmed and present
For services that have already happened, Parable compares the volunteers scheduled in Planning Center Services with who confirmed, who declined, who never responded and who actually checked in. Only people scheduled for that service time are counted.
The Service Attendance widget shows your check-in rate, a short trend and the change since the previous period. Open it for the full picture:
- Pick a single service time and see scheduled, confirmed and declined counts.
- Use Team Hierarchy to drill from the service to each team, position and person.
- See trends over time, including your most reliable team and the team with the fewest check-ins.
If your church doesn’t record Services check-ins, the widget shows scheduling and confirmation only, and says so.
Add it to your Overview
Service Attendance isn’t one of the default widgets.
- Open Overview.
- Expand More metrics and find Service Attendance. Drag it into your main grid to keep it in view.
- Select View attendance to open the full analysis.
You can also ask about volunteer reliability in Ask Parable. Service Attendance needs Planning Center Services synced. It contains no giving data, so team members without giving access can use it too.
