A weekly digest of your church every Monday
Every Monday, Parable emails each team member a short summary of the past week, from attendance and new people to giving, volunteers and groups.
Monday morning is when ministry plans take shape. The weekly digest puts last week in front of your team before they start, so the people who need a follow-up are not lost in a busy week.
What the digest covers
Each Monday, after that morning’s Planning Center sync, Parable emails each team member a summary of the previous Monday to Sunday. It opens with the week’s headline numbers, then covers:
- Attendance: weekend counts, kids and student trends, and dropoff alerts.
- New People: first-time guests, new members and people needing follow-up.
- Giving: giving trends and donor highlights.
- Engagement Alerts: new warning lights, score drops and tier changes.
- Volunteer Health: burnout risk, team coverage changes and upcoming blockouts.
- Overdue Tasks: overdue workflow cards and stalled workflows.
- Decisions: baptisms and salvations recorded that week.
- Groups: sign-ups, membership changes and group attendance.
The summary is written in plain, pastoral language. Giving details always follow each person’s giving access, so a team member without it never receives the Giving section. If attendance or decision metrics are not set up yet, the digest links to where you can set them up.
