Find any setting in seconds
Settings has been rebuilt around search. Type what you're looking for and Parable takes you straight to the right row, on any screen size.
You shouldn’t need to remember which page a setting lives on. Settings now has a search box that looks through every page, section and individual setting.
Search from Settings
- Open Settings.
- Type in Search settings… at the top of the left-hand menu.
- Pick a result. Parable opens the page, scrolls to the setting and briefly highlights it.
Results are ranked and work from the keyboard. You’ll only see settings your role lets you open.
Or jump from anywhere
Press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl K on Windows to open the command menu. Its Settings group offers the same results, so you can go straight to a setting without leaving what you were doing.
A clearer menu
The Settings menu is now grouped under two headings. Personal holds what belongs to you, such as General, Notifications and Privacy. Workspace holds your church’s settings, such as Team, Billing, Apps and Giving.
Each page also lists its sections in the menu and highlights the one you’re reading as you scroll. Select a section to jump to it.
Ask Parable settings are split in two. Your own preferences and saved prompts sit under Personal, and the workspace's usage and custom context sit under Workspace.
Settings pages work on phones and tablets, with stacked layouts, tables that scroll on their own and larger tap targets.
