Keep your favorite pages in the sidebar

Star the people, reports, dashboards and chats you return to most. They appear in a Favorites section in the sidebar, sorted into folders the way you like.

Most weeks you come back to the same few things: the attendance report you check on Monday, the dashboard you bring to the staff meeting, the family you’re walking with. Favorites keep them one click away.

Add a favorite

  1. Open a person, report, dashboard or chat.
  2. Select the star (Add to favorites) in its header.
  3. It appears under Favorites in the sidebar.

The Favorites section stays hidden until you favorite something, so the sidebar stays short until you need it. Select the star again (Remove from favorites) to take something off the list.

Organize them your way

  • Select New favorites folder, give it a name and press Enter.
  • Drag favorites to reorder them, or drop them into a folder.
  • Use a folder’s options to rename or delete it.

Favorites are personal. Each person on your team has their own list, and arranging yours doesn’t change anyone else’s.
