Weeks that start on your church's day

Choose the day your week starts. Weekly charts, cards and reports now use it and your church's time zone, and weekly averages skip the week in progress.

For most churches the week starts on Sunday, and a Sunday evening service belongs to that Sunday. Parable now counts it that way.

Set your week

Open Settings, then Organizations, choose Week starts on, and select Save week start. Sunday is the default. Owners and Admins can change it. Everyone else can see it.

Every weekly chart, weekly card on Overview, and report now groups by that day in your church’s time zone. Daily and monthly charts use your time zone too, so an evening service counts on the day it happened. Before, some weekly numbers used Monday-to-Sunday weeks on UTC time, which could push a Sunday night service into the next week.

Averages that wait for the week to finish

Weekly averages on attendance cards now count completed weeks with data, so a Monday morning view no longer shows a low average from a week that has barely started. Check Include this week so far to add the current week back in. Each card says which weeks it averaged and in which time zone.

Totals for a chosen date range are unchanged. Weekly numbers near the old boundary may move by one week. The Monday Weekly Digest still covers Monday to Sunday, now in your church’s time zone.
